I’m using customer retention management software ACT! 2009, 2010 and 2011. This product is pretty good, not too expensive, and adjustable. I just purchased ACT! 2011 yesterday and I have become today.

Sage is an awe-inspiring company to deal with! They push you around in circles when you call customer service. There is no reason you should contact customer support at some point in time …. at least 2 hours in your schedule when you call. This is the third time there was a problem and every time I took 2 hours to fix simple problems. I do not care that I should call, but I care that certainly encouraging people in the circle and put them on hold for 20 minutes hoping to hang. Representative Chat take a few minutes to respond to all of you write and the phone representative will likely not understand, unless you call the sales department clearly located in the United States. 2 hours of your time is worth more than the price of this product.

Consider this before you buy. There are other CRM programs out there that offer better customer service. Each product is as good as the company behind it. I do not support Wise moved abroad because of customer service. Just a warning before buying these products.

We upgraded from Win XP Dell fell to the new HP 64-bit Win7. We then convert our old database, just trying to open up and answer some questions. We have redefined the field using our database of age and worried about the possibility of losing them. Do not worry, all converted to the new database fine. When you open the “contact” point of view we realized our user field is not there. It took a few minutes to realize that shown at the bottom of the screen as the true data “field of the user.” But the field name is lost. It only took a few minutes to go to “Tools – design patterns” and rename the field of our users and moved to the main view contacts. At the same time, you can drag and drop all the fields to highlight those areas are really important to us and eliminate unwanted clutter.

To be fair, the luxuries that we have not tried to sync with mobile devices or even other computers. I do not need to contact customer service. All I can say now is that burden is easy, complete conversion and a new design tool design easy and versatile.
